Jeff Evans

Jeff Evans is a Senior Organizational Development Leader with a diverse background in positive and sustainable change management, team development, process and operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement. Holding a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, Jeff has dedicated his expertise to cultivate high-performing teams that produce operational results while fostering cultural sustainability.

Before his current position as Managing Partner of Designed Learning, Jeff held prominent roles in various reputable organizations such as Vice President and Director of Consulting Services at Designed Learning, Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Cleveland Clinic, and Principal Consultant at Compass Directional Development LLC. Additionally, he sharpened his quality assurance and management capabilities as Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Chrysler and Total Quality Manager at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

Jeff's career is built on successful and large-scale change transformation, stakeholder analysis and engagement, individual assessments, and executive coaching for goal attainment.
