Jeff Engle

Jeff Engle has a vast experience in business development, sales, management, and leadership, and he is currently the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Washington. Engle studied Social Ecology at UC Irvine and started his career at Frazee Industries, Inc as a Director of Sales. He then worked as the Area Vice President at Parker Paint, where he was responsible for expanding the company's business in different regions. He also owned Engle Coatings Solutions and worked as a Business Development Manager at Long Painting Company.

As the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Washington, Engle leads the non-profit organization by driving and advancing its mission, strategy, values, and goals. He works closely with volunteers, staff, the Board of Directors, media, sponsors, and the community to ensure long-term positive outcomes for the organization, children, youth, and mentors it serves. Engle is passionate about providing children facing adversity with strong and enduring professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.
