Jeff @ Denver Wood is a Senior Associate with CBRE's Investment Properties Group in Denver, Colorado, where he excels in facilitating the sale of office properties at optimal prices by reaching out to a vast and qualified buyer network through accurate underwriting processes.

Before assuming his role as a Senior Associate, Jeff worked as a Senior Consultant in CBRE's Financial Consulting Group, concentrating on Global Occupier Service Lines and catering to major accounts and Fortune 500 companies. His responsibilities included financial analysis for real estate transactions across various accounting standards such as Cash, GAAP, and IFRS, encompassing acquisitions, leases, subleases, blend and extend, and build-to-suit deals.

With a background in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Jeff brings a solid educational foundation to his role at CBRE. His roots in Denver fuel his passion for mountain activities, where he enjoys both summer hiking and winter skiing.

Throughout his career, Jeff has held various positions within CBRE, starting as a Real Estate Analyst Intern at King Soopers and growing into roles like Front-End Manager / Book Keeper, Office Research Analyst, Denver Research Team Lead, Associate, and now a Senior Associate. This extensive experience has honed his skills in real estate analysis, financial consulting, and investment property sales.
