Transitioning from a brief period as a full-time rancher, he co-founded 'new' Call America in 2001 and subsequently established Blue Rooster Telecom in 2009 with his business partner, Cheryl Lovell.

    In 2014, Jeff orchestrated the merger of Blue Rooster Telecom with Norcast Telecom Networks, leading to the formation of a new entity. Over the years, Jeff's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence have been evident in the growth of his ventures, such as the collaboration with Digital West in 2016, which allowed him to leverage his expertise in telecom and technology alongside an expanded team and resources.

    Outside his professional endeavors, Jeff remains deeply rooted in his community, actively engaging in meaningful initiatives that have a positive impact. With a strong educational foundation in Dairy Science and Animal Science from reputable institutions such as California Polytechnic State University and The University of Connecticut, Jeff brings a unique perspective to his roles that blend his agricultural background with his technological expertise.
