Jeff Brothers

Jeff Brothers is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business and sustainability. As the heart behind VetGrow Inc, he leads individuals on transformative journeys towards inner peace and purpose through practices like breathwork, movement, and meditation. Prior to VetGrow, Jeff successfully led two pioneering companies in the renewable energy sector, Sol Orchard and Sovereign Energy Storage, where he championed sustainability.

Jeff's leadership experience extends to the finance sector as the founding chairman of 1st Capital Bank, where he cultivated a team dedicated to community well-being. His career kickstarted in the cut flower industry, evolving over 24 years from a grower to reshaping producer-to-consumer experiences with industry giants like Costco. Today, Jeff is known for his balanced leadership style, integrating mindfulness into all aspects of his life.

Education-wise, Jeff pursued a BA in Economics and Political Science Dual at Claremont McKenna College, following his studies at Watsonville High School in 1977.

Jeff's professional journey includes roles as CEO at FLRish, Inc., President at Sovereign Energy Storage, LLC, President at Sol Orchard, LLC, and President at Monterey Bay Bouquet. He was also a Member of YPO Gold San Francisco.
