Jeff Barratt is a well-rounded professional with a diverse background in education and leadership roles.

He holds a BA in English from Missouri Southern State University, an MS in Technical Teacher Education from Pittsburg State University, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Crowder College.

Jeff currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and VP of Workforce Education at STAR HARBOR Space Academy's STAR HARBOR Education Foundation, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the institution's educational initiatives.

His previous experiences include Executive Director at Emily Griffith Technical College, CEO at Skilled KC Technical Institute, and Education Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.

Additionally, Jeff has held leadership positions such as Dean of Instruction at Front Range Community College, Dean of Career and Technical Education at Colorado Community College System, and Dean of School of Trades and Technology at San Juan College.
