Jeff Bailey is an accomplished Product Manager with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences. He possesses a high level of technical expertise and is a respected subject matter expert in the database industry. With a talent stack that includes leadership, writing, and training, Jeff excels at transforming organizations and processes, while inspiring creative, out-of-the-box thinking.

With extensive experience working for SAS, Jeff's contributions have been significant, earning him high accolades, including the 2013 "EPIC Product Manager Award". Jeff has also been recognized for his ability to learn and apply new knowledge, which he generously shares through presentations, workshops, and publications in the SAS Communities.

Jeff has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and has held various roles in SAS, including Senior Technical Architect, Principle Product Manager, Technical Training Specialist, and his current role as Advisory Product Manager. Jeff was also a Senior Curriculum Developer at Cloudera, demonstrating a broad understanding of the data industry beyond SAS.
