Having started his career at Allegro, the largest Polish e-commerce platform, Jedrzej honed his skills in building scalable and highly available web applications for high-traffic websites.

Transitioning to a Software Engineer Team Leader role, he gained experience in managing skilled teams, project management, Scrum mastery, business analysis, and application architecture, equipping him with a diverse skill set to support various business initiatives effectively.
