Jeanine Becker

Jeanine Becker is the founder of On Purpose Together, specializing in partnering with purpose-led leaders and multi-sector collaborations to sustainably scale their impact.

With a background as a corporate attorney in tech and experience teaching collaboration at Stanford, Jeanine blends deep spiritual practice and ongoing study of developmental psychology and systems theory to create safe and transformative spaces for leaders.

Grounded in 15 years of working with purpose-led leaders, Jeanine focuses on three polarities called the 6 C's, serving as Catalysts for Your Calling, aiming to help leaders slow down, feel supported, and grow.

Offering services such as Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Group Coaching, Culture Development, Tailored Team Workshops, Leadership Offsites, and Impact Network Development, Jeanine caters to clients in foundations, corporations, non-profits, government, and networks.

Jeanine holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Tufts University.

Previously, Jeanine served in various roles at organizations including The Giving Practice at Philanthropy Northwest, Evolution, World Pulse, Converge, University of California Berkeley, Presidio Institute, Women's Initiative for Self Empowerment (WISE), Stanford Law School, and Motorola Mobility.

Passionate about supporting Purpose-Led Mamas, Jeanine is offering a program called Summer of Synergy and enjoys spending time with her daughter, hiking in the Pacific Northwest, and indulging her curiosity through books, conversations, and adventures.
