Jeanette Wellsandt is a Human Resource business partner with a background in talent and succession management, leadership effectiveness, coaching and mentoring, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking/problem-solving. With a passion for servant leadership, Jeanette seeks to pivot her career into the areas of education, coaching, and mentoring that leverage her deep HR knowledge, consulting experience, and strong communication skills. Jeanette has spent several years as a Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Allstate and Senior Human Resources Manager at Allstate Brand Operations and Allstate Life & Retirement, responsible for developing employees and leaders, promoting diversity and inclusion, and achieving meaningful outcomes.
