Jean Marc Dizerens is the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, a prominent position he has held since 2019. He has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in food and beverage management. Dizerens began his career with Shangri-La, serving as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Shangri-La Singapore, and later as Director of Food and Beverage at Shangri-La Beijing. His career progressed as he took on roles such as Acting Resident Manager and Executive Assistant Manager at Futian Shangri-La Shenzhen, before becoming Senior Corporate Director of Food and Beverage in Hong Kong.1
