TBP aims at understanding the underlying cognitive mechanisms, gesture, proprioception and coping mechanisms during piano performances as well as understanding “from the piano’s perspective” how it works itself when played. Beethoven’s music has proven to be the most suitable one to do so, hence the name. TBP is an interactive experience which allows for further self-improvement as a performer and as an instrument-maker. Both player and piano are equipped with non-invasive sensors/haptic devices in order to track and monitor data in real-time. This project is the logical sequel to my studies at ©️Médecine des Arts and my studies in neurology and biology. It’s also part of another project involving advanced technologies to create “the missing molecules”, i.e. basic units which nature is not made of, but which could be of great help to humankind in more ways than I can foresee yet.

¤ Teaching of harmony, counterpoint and basso continuo (use of works by J.B. Christensen and Nicolas Slonimsky).

Why should I wait until my "customers" are 30 or above and no perspective whatsoever about their life?

Why should college pre-grads bang their heads on the walls because they can't bear their environment anymore? How can I help college dropouts who left because they're fed up of theory and want real-life experience?

Learning is a lifelong process, and education shouldn't kill the will to learn.

Families shouldn't bash dropouts or clueless youth.

No one should be humiliated for being who they are and thinking how and what they think!

Too much time is spent in school, too few results are obtained. Where lies the problem? Obsolete mindsets!

I fight for I want people (especially parents) to understand and admit facts, proven science, that it isn't necessary to do what and how they did. We are no more in the 50's. Face it.

Many wunderkinds (or at least creative, paradigm-changing kids) are out there, struggling to breathe in a way too small envelope. It's time to bang it and let creativity spread (like bunnies).
