Jay Wefel is a highly accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in finance and operations within a variety of industries, including Technology, Agriculture and Consumer Brands. He is a strategic and analytical thinker with a proven track record of building high-performance teams and establishing process improvements, resulting in operational efficiencies, revenue growth and increased enterprise value. Jay has successfully combined his financial knowledge with operational experience to identify KPI's driving value creation. He has a wealth of experience originating and structuring Senior and Subordinated Debt, Venture Capital, and Private Equity Capital for public and private companies, using his extensive knowledge of Capital Markets, Valuations, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Jay is a graduate of Valparaiso University, where he studied Finance with a minor in Psychology.
