He holds dual master's degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration from Syracuse University, along with various other degrees in fields like International Leadership, Theology, Human Relations, and English Literature.
Passionate about serving veterans and their families, Jay has volunteered as the Director of Spiritual Services at Deep Sea Valkyries, a non-profit organization focusing on holistic healing for combat veterans and first responders.
Throughout his career, Jay Tobin has held key positions such as City Administrator at City of Corcoran, Director of Parks and Recreation at City of Shakopee, MN, Finance Manager at City of Chaska, and various roles within the US Army and United States Marine Corps.
His mission is to establish collaborative partnerships and develop innovative solutions to address complex challenges and improve the quality of life for all.
