He has represented a diverse global client base, working with energy companies, funds, banks, and corporate entities. Jay has in-depth knowledge of financial matters, funding strategies, and risk management techniques.

Jay Taylor has a robust professional background having worked with renowned foreign and domestic investment banks and large corporate entities in highly structured deals.

Jay Taylor holds a J.D. in Corporate Law from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Howard University.
