Jay Sublett, an Oklahoma State University alumnus, boasts an impressive and extensive professional background in managing operations, business development and logistics in the tech, food delivery and beverage industries. With a degree in Advertising, he started working as an intern at ISNetworld before moving to Red Bull North America as a field marketing specialist and later as a marketing manager. He also co-founded The Coffee Brewer's Logbook, an operations platform for coffee shops, and managed sales development at Favor Delivery, where he was later elevated to roles of Manager, Favor Fleet Operations, and Manager, Strategic Logistics. His expertise in managing large-scale operations was further strengthened when he served as a Senior Operations Manager at Sidecar Technologies, where he also managed delivery partners' accounts and was in charge of field marketing. His most recent role was as Managing Partner at Shelby Park Operations.
