Jay Steinfeld is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader. He is the founder and former CEO of Global Custom Commerce, a pioneering e-Commerce company that sold to The Home Depot in 2014. Jay's entrepreneurial journey began with a bootstrapped website built in his garage that grew to become the world's top online window coverings retailer. Under his leadership, GCC integrated its proprietary technology and sales platforms into Home Depot's enterprise systems, making GCC Home Depot's Center of Excellence for configurable products.

Jay's notable achievements include winning several awards, such as The Best Place to Work in Houston, Top 5 Workplaces in Texas, AMA Marketer of the Year, National Call Center of the Year, and Top 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in America. He is also an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year and was awarded the Houston Technology Center's Lifetime Achievement Award.

He is a national speaker on topics such as corporate culture, core values, organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, disruption, and talent development.
