Throughout his career, Jay has held key positions in reputable organizations. He served as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan and later transitioned to roles at IBM, where he contributed as a Research Staff Member. Additionally, Jay has significant experience at NXP Semiconductors, where he held the positions of Senior Design Engineer and then Principal Engineer.
