He served as a Business Manager at DigiEd within Curro Holdings Ltd, showcasing his leadership and strategic skills.

Prior to that, Jay Paul gained valuable experience in the consulting field, working as a Management Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, and as a Manager at Accenture.
