Re-positioned and re-branded the company, its products and all marketing/sales materials, including a new multi-channel, multi-language highly expanded website and web store. Developed content management systems to enable the on-going maintenance needs of the expanded website. New web store increased direct sales by over 50%.
Developed integrated marketing campaigns, which included email, direct mail, print insertions & partner co-marketing executables that increased Portrait’s awareness amongst customer targets and increased sales by 72% year over year. Revived what many OEM & ODM partners had thought was a ‘dead’ brand.
