Jay Mittal

Jay Mittal is an accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience in Urban Planning, Real Estate, and GIS in the United States and India. He has a strong academic background and is currently an Associate Professor at Auburn University, where he teaches courses in Urban Economics, Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Market Analysis, and GIS for Planners. Jay's specialties include Land Markets, Valuation, Economic development, Spatial Planning, and Market Analysis, with a focus on real estate feasibility and location research using GIS. He holds a PhD in Regional Development Planning and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati, School of Planning, DAAP, USA, an MBA in Business from the University of Cincinnati, College of Business, USA, an M.Tech in Urban & Regional Planning from CEPT University, School of Planning, India, and a B.Architecture in Architecture from Lucknow University, India.
