Jay has held various significant roles at DBS Bank, showcasing his expertise and leadership skills. He currently serves as the Head of Digital Enablement in the Institutional Banking Group COO at DBS Bank.

Previously, Jay held the position of Head of PeopleTech - Future of Work Technology, Head of Corporate eChannels Technology, and Head of Technology for Corporate Account Services at DBS Bank.
