In addition to his role at SYN Ventures, Jay is also a managing partner and co-founder at ClearSky, a venture capital firm specializing in enterprise security and technology investments.

Jay Leek has a substantial technical background, product development experience, and program management expertise that equip him to offer strategic guidance and operational support to the companies in SYN Ventures' portfolio.

He has played key roles in various organizations, including serving as a Board Director at BforeAI, a Board Observer at Synqly, and being a Member of the Cyber Consortium sponsored by Thoma Bravo.
