Jay Koganti is a veteran supply chain leader with over 24 years of experience in global supply chain transformation, strategy development, and operational leadership in the consumer goods industry. Jay has worked with Fortune 100 companies in supply chain planning, distribution, process improvement, supply chain analytics, and execution transformations. He has previously worked with tier-one consulting firms in building supply chain strategies and business transformation consulting. Jay holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering and is APICS certified. He is currently leading an end-to-end planning transformation for Estée Lauder Companies to create a next-generation enterprise planning capability and operating model to support the growth and value creation. In his spare time, Jay enjoys reading and writing about spiritual reckoning and advocates using technology to improve the state of affairs in supply chains and global ecological systems.
