Jay Kim

Jay Kim is an accomplished product designer with extensive experience in digital product design, user experience design, user interface design, user research, data analytics, web/app environments, design team building, and feature team management. He currently serves as Head of Product Design at Digital Product Design Function at Jeongyookgak, where he leads a talented team dedicated to creating effective online products and delivering value to clients. Jay started his career at Ogilvy Korea as an interaction designer before moving on to startups such as Finda, AITRICS, Coinone, and 29CM that gave him the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. Jay's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Interaction Design Communication from the University of the Arts London and a Master of Arts in Visual Communication Design from Kookmin University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication Design from Yonsei University.
