    His roles have included Director of Nursing Safety, Quality, and Performance Improvement, Clinical Program Manager for Palliative Nursing and Quality Improvement, Clinical Instructor, Director of Palliative Care Consult Service, and Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner.

    Jay Horton has also contributed to academia as an Assistant and Adjunct Professor at Columbia University and an Assistant Professor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
