Jay Honeycutt is a diverse professional with a wealth of experience in project-specific expertise. As a consultant, he has helped startups, troubled turnarounds, and growing companies achieve success in their respective industries. He partners with CEO and division heads of tech companies to provide efficient, effective, and affordable expertise, without the bloated expenses of fresh-MBA-centric consulting houses. Jay's prior projects include re-casting the sales org for a San Francisco firm while creating a successful sales/product training relaunch, adaptive transaction processing for retail apps, and creating a third-party medical billing system for the nation's largest home-health supplier of diabetes supplies. He was also a temporary Chief Technology Officer for major companies like the U.S. Marine Corps, California State Assembly, and A.C. Nielsen. Jay's education includes a Juris Doctorate in law from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Science in Finance & Organizational Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.B.A in Economics & Pre-Law from the University of Iowa. He has also held various positions as President and Director in multiple companies.
