Jay Hirschton

Jay Hirschton is a results-oriented nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience in program management, fundraising, and organizational effectiveness. Holding a Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and having studied at the University of Waikato, New Zealand, Jay has had the opportunity to work with various underserved populations across the country, from children and youth to underprivileged communities and organizations. Throughout his experience as a chief executive officer, board member, commissioner, and manager, he has developed successful campaigns, raised funds, and built programs that have contributed to creating systemic change in society positively. Jay is a skilled grant writer, proficient in developing and evaluating programs and implementing feedback, and an expert in corporate partnership and business development. He is currently the CEO of Full Circle Fund, having worked previously with organizations such as buildOn, Common Sense Media, and Casa de los Angeles.
