Jay Gilbert is a dedicated and experienced product and people leader with a versatile background across agency, startup, and consulting environments spanning over a decade. He excels in driving organizational momentum, establishing product vision and strategy, overcoming technical challenges, and guiding teams towards successfully delivering top-tier products to global audiences.

As a servant leader with a consultative approach, Jay leverages agile methodologies to foster agile, efficient, and value-driven teams. He is adept at managing difficult conversations, leading to positive outcomes, and excels in both strategic planning and tactical execution.

Before venturing into product roles, Jay worked as a business analyst and consultant at Deloitte, where he provided strategic advice to diverse clients. He also demonstrated his entrepreneurial skills by growing a tech startup, expanding partnerships, and doubling the user base in a specialized market.

Jay's educational journey includes studying Business and Management at Ivey Business School, where he obtained an HBA and MBA. Additionally, he completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Administration at Western University. He also honed his leadership skills during his high school years at Ancaster High School.

Previously, he worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting and as a Summer Associate at Corus Entertainment/Nelvana Enterprises.
