Jay Eom

Jay Eom is a dedicated individual currently pursuing a Master's in International Economics and Finance at Brandeis International Business School through the BA/MA 5-year program.

Having completed a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics at Brandeis University, Jay Eom took a gap year in 2019 and gained valuable full-time work experience at investment banks in Boston and Philadelphia.

His professional journey includes roles such as Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard and Capstone Partners, Field Project Consultant at Brandeis International Business School, and Leadership Fellow on the Students Success Committee.

Additionally, Jay Eom has held positions such as Advanced Teaching Assistant, Private Equity Fall Analyst, M&A Analyst, Teaching Assistant, and Private Equity Intern in various organizations, showcasing a diverse skill set and an extensive background in finance and economics.

Furthermore, his experience extends to roles like Investment Banking at Boenning & Scattergood, AGC Partners, Private Equity Fall Analyst at Search Fund Accelerator, and International Cooperation Manager at International Peace Sport Federation (IPSF).

Before his venture into the finance industry, Jay Eom served as a Sergeant/Squad Leader in the Republic of Korea Army, demonstrating his leadership abilities and commitment to excellence.
