Before establishing Cuthrell Consulting, Jay held significant roles in major companies, including as a Partner at IBM, where he integrated Hybrid Cloud Services and applied GenAI to client engagements. He also served as Vice President of Solutions at Faction and Managing Director at Dell Technologies, where he led diverse teams and drove substantial business growth.124
