Jay has a B.Comm in Management of Information Systems from the University of Alberta and further studied leadership at Leadership Calgary. He is the Founder and CEO of Goodpin, a SaaS platform that democratizes Corporate Social Responsibility efforts for brands, which generates authentic customer advocacy and increased revenues. Jay's expertise lies in building vision for companies, purpose strategy, and building teams. He's been a Project Manager at Shaw Communications, FGL Sports Ltd, and Ideaca, where he worked in IT project management and digital flagship stores. In addition, Jay has founded and led several organizations, including UEnd.org, where he served as the Founder and Executive Director.
