Jaxson Khan
Policy Advisor to Minister of Innovation, Science, and Industry
Jaxson Khan is a policy advisor serving the Minister of Innovation, Science, and Industry for the Canadian government. He has an extensive background in technology and business, working for companies such as Microsoft, Influitive, and Fable. In addition, Khan co-founded a consulting firm that focused on artificial intelligence, education, and fintech, working with clients across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Africa. He also co-founded and served as the Executive Director of Young Diplomats of Canada, a non-profit organization that engages young people in global affairs. Khan is an accomplished speaker and writer, having presented at TEDxEdmonton and contributed columns to The Globe and Mail.
Khan's education spans several universities and programs, including Stanford University, Western University, and Bader International Study Centre. He has studied global development, data-driven marketing, product management, and growth marketing. In his free time, he enjoys writing, language learning, dancing, live music, and hiking.
