Jawaher Alkhamisi

Jawaher Alkhamisi is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Head of the Clinical Dietitian Department at King Saud Medical City in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since April 6, 2015. She has a strong background in clinical nutrition and management, having started as the Head of Clinical Dietitian in the Intensive Care Unit at the same institution on December 1, 2013.

Jawaher holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Medical Science with a specialization in Community Health, which she obtained in 2003. Additionally, she has taken the initiative to enhance her skills and knowledge by pursuing further education. She completed a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Dietetics at King Saud University and later pursued a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management at Saudi Electronic University.

In her role, Jawaher is known for her leadership in organizing various initiatives, such as orchestrating the latest nutritional therapeutic interventions for diseases in March 2014. She has also been actively involved in educating and training healthcare professionals within the ICU nursing staff and new nursing staff at King Saud Medical City.

Furthermore, Jawaher has a reputation for promoting continuous learning and development within her team. She initiated a comprehensive training program for all staff members in the Clinical Nutrition Department at King Saud Medical City and served as a Quality Coordinator representing the nutrition department during the JCI-CBAHE accreditation process.

Beyond her current role, Jawaher has demonstrated her versatility by serving as the Director of the Partnership Department for Professional Development at the Central First Health Cluster. Previously, she held the position of Head of the Clinical Nutrition Department at King Saud Medical City.

With her educational background, extensive experience in clinical nutrition, and leadership skills, Jawaher Alkhamisi is a respected professional making significant contributions to the healthcare field in Saudi Arabia.
