Javier Rueda is an accomplished engineer and filmmaker with a passion for the arts. He earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and has since gone on to become president of Producciones Aved, a film production company. He is also a former co-director and coordinator of the Horror Film Festival of Molins de Rei, where he played an important role in organizing professional conferences. Additionally, Rueda is a founder and former member of Zumzeig Cinecooperativa, a film cooperative, and has experience as a film critic and writer, as well as a graphic designer. He has collaborated with various film festivals as a jury member and has directed and produced a number of his own films. His skills and interests are diverse, ranging from engineering to film-making, writing, and graphic design.
