Javier Muñoz

Javier Muñoz is an accomplished entrepreneur who has dedicated his career to harnessing the power of technology and positive psychology to build strong company cultures and promote happiness. After studying Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Florida and completing further education on Big Data at MIT, Muñoz went on to co-found Delivering Happiness, where he serves as a Happiness Alchemist. His previous professional experiences include founding and managing partner at Just Action, CEO of CashX, founder and CEO at Bequantum LLC, and an independent consultant at Eritmo.

At Just Action, he developed an app that utilized 12+ years of research and development in positive psychology, game dynamics, and social media technology to help users achieve their epic projects with fun and actionable tools. He has also integrated these principles into his work at Delivering Happiness, which focuses on helping companies create cultures based on relationship-building, collaboration, gratitude, and altruism. Muñoz is an expert in happiness design for building cultures of innovation and disruptive change, and he has a passion for integrating positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and meditation practices with information technologies.
