Senior Vice President, Games Publishing, Disney Interactive

Reporting to the Board of Directors, responsible for the overall management and strategic development of four companies (TF Artes Graficas, TF Editores, TF Interactiva, Imprenta Moderna) that make up one of the leading Spanish printing & art publishing groups in Spain (<a href="http://www.tfonline.es">www.tfonline.es</a>). Over $50MM in revenues and headcount of +150 people.•	Re-structured organization at all levels, reduced overall costs by over 30% and managed to drive the company back to profitability in 2011 despite sector and economic headwinds.•	Re-organized printing production processes, which lead to an increase in productivity of over 20%, significant margin expansion, and an overall improvement in competitive bidding processes.•	Grew digital publishing revenues 50% YoY and made the digital arm of TF the primary driver of profitability for the group.  Produced iPhone and iPad apps for Museum Guggenheim Bilbao, Museum Thyssen Bornemisza, IFEMA/ARCO Fair, Endesa, and Fundacion MAFRE. •	Expanded book distribution of TF Editores from purely domestic to international (USA, UK, France, Latin America), international revenues now account for about 15% of total revenues.•	Typical clients include some of the largest corporations in Spain (e.g., BBVA, Endesa, ZARA, Banco Santander, BBVA, Repsol, Cepsa) as well as some of the leading cultural institutions in Spain (e.g., Museo del Prado, Museo Reina Sofia, Thyssen Museums, and Fundacion MAFRE).

- Reporting to the SVP/GM of EA Mobile in USA, member of EA Mobile’s WW Executive team that defined WW strategy, WW P&L, technology investments, etc. Grew EU revenues exponentially over 3 years. • Successfully managed the European P&L, investing aggressively to drive growth across Europe while improving the YoY profit margins of the European Operations. • Recruited and managed industry-leading team (voted “Best Mobile Games Publisher” at ME Awards in 2007, 2008, and 2009). Grew team to +50 by 2009. • Grew distribution footprint to pan EMEA, including Russia, Turkey, Israel, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe. Diversified channel mix to include media portals, aggregators, handset manufacturers, etc. • Expanded range of business models to include subscriptions, bundles, rental, etc. Managed EU D2C, including strategy, vendors, business models, and interfaces. • Member of Exec team in charge of WW content planning, strategy, and execution. Delivered industry-leading content lineup on schedule and on budget. • Successfully negotiated & closed several licensing contracts and strategic partnerships with major players in the Entertainment space (e.g., Asterix, Taito, Eidos). - Reporting to the EVP WW Publishing in USA, managed the EU business, including all budgets, and successfully ensured the business delivered against its financial objectives every single Q.• Transformed Sales & Marketing Org and process, significantly improving execution and tripling revenues in less than 12 months.• Expanded sales footprint by hiring & replacing key Sales personnel in Germany, Spain, Italy, and France. Secured distribution across EU channels, most importantly with Vodafone Global.• Worked with WW Studio to create WW Content offering and ensured EU content needs were incorporated into content strategy and planning. JAMDAT Mobile

VP Sales and Marketing Europe

- Reporting to the EU MD, created the strategic vision for Jamdat in Europe, including Content and Studio needs, team structure, and revenue objectives.• Provided Sales team with Strategic insight about the EU marketplace and the behavior of the mobile games consumer. • Created MKT processes that allowed the EU Sales team to efficiently execute ‘sell in’ process and MKT campaigns in their respective territories.• Managed all MKT activities, with particular focus on the launch of The Lord of the Rings game. Worked with New Line on all MKT approvals, including TV, radio, print, and online.• Worked on Jamdat’s first EU specific licensing deal with Codemasters, managed relationships with licensors such as Real Madrid, Man United, Arsenal, Barcelona, and others.

- Built & managed all gaming services of Telefonica, generating over 800,000 downloads a month and representing a significant % of total content revenues.• Defined gaming product propositions and worked with multiple technology groups within Telefonica Moviles to ensure successful on-time delivery and deployment. • In partnership with Consumer MKT, designed and executed MKT campaigns that drove demand for our services. Worked with Market Research to ensure our product offerings were consistent with consumer preferences and behavior.• Working with our content partners, designed content offerings that reflected our market positioning, addressed all our target demographics, and maximized revenue & profits.• Managed relationships with a wide range of content partners (e.g., Sony Pictures, Sega, Gameloft, THQ, and Namco).
