Javier Escartín is an engineer specializing in proposals and artificial intelligence in the bidding process.1 He is the founder of DeepRFP, a company focused on bringing AI to proposal management, which he started in January 2022.1 Escartín is also the owner and lead proposal manager at BizCusp, a business he launched in May 2019 to help technology companies with proposals.1
