Javier Benson-Glanz

Javier Benson-Glanz is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with expertise in strategy, operations, business development, product management, partnerships, investment sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio/asset management. Currently, he serves as the General Manager of the Core Business at Cadre, a tech-enabled real estate investment platform. His previous role was at Airbnb as a Senior Manager in business strategy for new business initiatives. Before Airbnb, he worked at RS, a real estate fintech startup, where he led various efforts across business operations, strategy, and investment management. He also worked in investment banking at Barclays, where he facilitated M&A, debt and equity transactions for companies within the real estate and industrial landscapes.

Javier holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School of Business, complemented by his mechanical engineering undergraduate degree. He is also an experienced consultant who advised on strategy and operations for various Fortune 500 companies. Javier uses his knowledge and experience to grow a company while maintaining sound operations and quality metrics. He is proficient in Spanish, a novice in German, and a self-taught beginner in Mandarin.
