Javier Bargos is a professional with a diverse background in business administration, sales, marketing, and digital management.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) and has completed various programs to enhance his skills, including a Programa Dirección General (PDG) and a Master's in Digital Marketing Management from ESADE Business School.
Javier began his career as a sales analyst and later transitioned into the commercial sector at Condis Supermercats in 2006, where he excelled in leading the Control Comercial department.
For over 5 years, Javier has been focused on sales and marketing, overseeing the Modelo Comercial department and spearheading projects related to store layout, Planogramación, and customer research.
In 2015, he took on a pivotal role as the Head of Digitalization and Customer Experience at Condis, where he was instrumental in implementing a new CRM system (SalesForce), coordinating customer service efforts, acquiring digital projects for customer engagement (APP, online supermarket, etc.), and introducing a customer recognition system at the point of sale.
Javier initiated a Loyalty and Inbound Marketing Program that was previously non-existent, showcasing his strategic vision and innovative approach to enhancing customer loyalty and engagement.
