Jatin Batra

Jatin Batra is an experienced professional with over 5 years in the field of Solar PV plants, specializing in Design, Engineering, and commercials. He has a comprehensive understanding of the technology and commercials involved in optimizing the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE), from site selection to project execution. Jatin has expertise in technology selection such as modules, inverters, and structures, providing techno-commercial inputs to legal and contracting teams. He bridges the gap between Business Development and finance teams to enhance LCOE.

Currently, Jatin is a valuable member of the Business Development team at Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company), focusing on projects in the MENA Region. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, graduating with First Class-Distinction in June 2016.

Jatin has held key positions in reputable organizations, including being a PV Engineer at Masdar, a Senior Engineer specializing in Technology & Commercials at Phelan Energy Group, and roles in the Young Leaders Program at ReNew Power.
