Jassim Al-Marzooqi

Jassim Al-Marzooqi is a dedicated professional with a background in Economics and Political Science from Iowa State University, where he graduated Cum Laude.

After completing his education, Jassim embarked on a career in investments, starting at Emirates Investment Authority in 2014.

During his time at EIA, Jassim was part of the Investment Leadership Program (ILP) and gained experience in various asset classes including Private Equity, Private Debt, and Hedge Funds.

A standout in the field, Jassim played a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of Strategic Assets holdings at EIA, focusing on strategy definition and implementation.

With fluency in Arabic and English, Jassim's expertise extends to both international and regional contexts.

Currently, Jassim Al-Marzooqi holds a key position at Abu Dhabi Global Market, where he is involved in establishing and developing the ADGM Knowledge Hub.

His efforts align closely with Abu Dhabi's vision of nurturing a knowledge-based economy, specifically in the financial sector.

Jassim spearheaded the creation of the ADGM Academy (ADGMA) and oversees operations within the organization, including the Research Centre and National Employability Programs.

His initiatives have significantly contributed to the employment of numerous Emirati Nationals in the private sector, underlining his commitment to driving local talent development and economic growth.
