Jasper Ribbers

Jasper Ribbers is the Co-Founder of Overnight Success, a short-term rental education and events company.13 He is a former equity arbitrage trader who currently lives in Bulgaria and runs several online businesses.1 Jasper is well-known in the short-term rental industry as the founder of Get Paid For Your Pad, a book and podcast that are widely recognized as leading resources on Airbnb hosting.2

Career and Experience

Jasper co-founded Overnight Success in October 2020 and serves as the Head of Delivery, leading the product and delivery departments.12 He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Get Paid For Your Pad, which he started in July 2014.1 Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Jasper worked as a trader at Optiver in both the Netherlands and the United States.1

Expertise in Short-Term Rentals

Jasper has been renting out properties on Airbnb since 2012 and currently owns units in four different countries: the US, Colombia, Thailand, and the Philippines.2 He co-hosts the Get Paid For Your Pad podcast, which is considered the longest-running podcast on Airbnb hosting.2 Jasper is passionate about creating the best possible experience for students in Overnight Success programs.2

Jasper holds a Master's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Southampton and studied Econometrics at the University of Groningen.1 He is proficient in multiple languages, including Dutch (native), English (full professional proficiency), and has limited working proficiency in German, Portuguese, and Spanish.1
