Jason Ziccardi is a dedicated individual with a diverse professional background encompassing UX design, iOS development, and a passion for urban development.

He holds a strong educational foundation with a Master's degree in Human Factors, summa cum laude, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship, both from California State University, Long Beach. He has also completed the Product Management Core Curriculum at the Product Institute.

Jason has held key positions in reputable organizations such as Manager of Product Design at ServiceNow, Lead Product Designer at ServiceNow, Design Strategy and Research Lead (Contract) at HP, Sr. Manager of Experience Design at athenahealth, Manager of User Experience Design at athenahealth, and Senior UX Designer at athenahealth.
