Jason Watson is a highly experienced small business advisor and tax consultant, with a specialization in LLCs and S Corporations. Jason is the author of Taxpayer's Comprehensive Guide to LLCs and S Corps, aiming to assist business owners in maximizing their outcomes.

In addition to his advisory role, Jason serves as a financial expert witness, particularly in divorce cases, conducts business valuations, and provides financial planning services. Prior to his accounting career, he successfully navigated the aviation industry as an airline pilot for 17 years.
