He has a deep understanding of the global market trends and specializes in the implementation of an objective, harmonizing approach in structuring, documenting, and negotiating across borders. His expertise lies in Corporate Law, Securities, Structured Finance, Fund Advisory/ Formation, M&A, Venture Capital, SBIC, and EB-5. Jason has worked with early-stage venture capitalists to multilateral family offices and has spearheaded over 800 primary transactions (finance and investment) and fund formations totaling more than $60 billion of at-risk capital. Jason's experience extends beyond traditional clientele. He is deeply committed to educating and driving capital to underserved and emerging markets, focusing on "double bottom line" investments. He is among the nation's leading regulatory and legal authorities regarding the U.S. EB-5 Program, coordinating diverse groups of professionals and people across the globe to meet their client's objectives. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with high net worth individuals, private and public investment funds, investment managers, advisers, and principals, among others. Jason holds a Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law and SMU Dedman School of Law, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
