Jason Spitalnick

Jason Spitalnick is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background. He earned a JD from Harvard Law School, a BA from Dartmouth College, and also studied at the University of Oxford and Roslyn High School.

Jason has held various significant roles in his career. Currently, he serves as a Partner at Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher. Previously, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney at Kings County District Attorney's Office, an Associate (Litigation) at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, and as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General in the District of Columbia Government.

In addition to his legal roles, Jason has also worked in policy and analysis positions. He has experience as a Summer Intern at the United States Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division, Educational Opportunities Section, as a Policy Associate at PENCIL, as an Education Committee Policy Analyst at the New York City Council, and as a Temporary Business Analyst at McKinsey & Co.
