Jason Slagle

Jason Slagle is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm's energy and climate solutions practice.13 His practice focuses on advising clients across various renewable technology industries, including solar, wind, energy storage, CCUS, green hydrogen and ammonia, energy efficiency, and distributed energy resources.12

Jason represents emerging and established companies, private equity and debt investors, and project developers in various financial and legal matters, including:

• Private equity finance
• Debt project finance
• Structured finance
• Project development and start-up counseling
• Joint ventures
• Cross-border transactions
• Sales and acquisitions of project assets and special purpose entities
• General corporate matters12

Prior to his legal career, Jason served as a marine science technician in the U.S. Coast Guard from January 2008 to July 2014.3 He received his JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law (2014-2017) and his BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alabama (2011-2013).3

Jason was admitted to the State Bar of California on December 4, 2017.4 He has been with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since September 2017, initially joining as a summer associate in 2016.3
