Jason Silver is a seasoned design leader with over 20 years of experience in crafting products and services at notable companies like Intuit, Microsoft, and PayPal.

He holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego and has furthered his expertise by studying Design Leadership at Cooper Professional Education.

Currently, he serves as a Staff Product Designer at ServiceNow and has previously held key positions such as Sr. Lead User Experience Designer at NETGEAR, Lead Product Designer at Clover Network, Inc., and User Experience Design Lead at PayPal, among others.

Jason is passionate about teaching design thinking and fostering empathy within teams to create impactful experiences that resonate with users.
