Jason Schmidt, a highly experienced Finance Director, has an extensive background in both external corporate finance and financial planning and analysis. His education includes a degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA in Investment Banking from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Throughout his career, Jason has held several key positions, including Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at Upstart, Director of Investor Relations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and AMD, and Senior Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He has also worked as a Commercial Loan Officer at Community Bank of Central California and as an Assistant Sales Representative at Quail Mountain Herbs.

Jason's expertise lies in investor relations, financial analysis, corporate finance, and strategic planning. He has a strong background in managing relationships with investors and analysts, leading comprehensive financial analysis and budgeting processes, and providing senior management with financial guidance and insight. Jason has demonstrated excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with cross-functional teams.

In his personal time, Jason enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, including hiking, cycling, and snowboarding.
